The room was spacious, featuring a lovely balcony that provided a nice outdoor space. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the prompt service at the 24/7 reception. I faced issues with the hot water. it only reached around 20 degrees Celsius, making for an uncomfortable shower. The A/C unit was a bit noisy, but it was easy to fix. While the breakfast was simple, it offered a fair variety, though the coffee could use improvement. I did encounter some noise from roosters in the morning, which might be bothersome for light sleepers. the stay had its ups and downs, but the value for the price paid was decent.

The location is convenient, just a short walk through the reserve. The room was clean and well-maintained.

Guests reported issues with inconsistent hot water supply, particularly in the mornings, which made showering a hassle. some rooms are affected by poor soundproofing, allowing noise from neighbors to disrupt sleep. There were concerns about a lack of cleaning agents in kitchenettes, and a few maintenance issues went unaddressed, impacting overall comfort.

Good hotel with great amenities like wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff were so helpful on my first stay with my elderly parents. I highly recommend it!

Had a chill stay with convenient 24/7 check-in. Staff was super friendly and made everything quick, even at 2am! The room was big and clean. Breakfast was better than expected for a continental setup. Just wished parking was easier at night, but otherwise, good vibes overall.
